Carinspect is a national leader in vehicle inspections across Australia, offering trusted mobile and workshop services. They engaged me to redesign their website with a focus on building customer confidence, modernising their visual presence, and improving the clarity of their user journey. The new site needed to emphasise credibility through credentials, verified reviews, partnerships, and clear communication around their inspection technology.

The key challenge was creating a digital experience that felt professional and trustworthy while also driving conversions—especially for mobile users, who make up the majority of their audience. The goal was to deliver a streamlined and confidence-building experience from the first click to the final booking.

Research & Discovery

The discovery phase involved in-depth conversations with the CarInspect team, competitor analysis, and mapping the full user journey. We identified trust, mobile usability, and conversion clarity as the primary design drivers. These insights shaped both the structure and the visual approach.

Design

The design work in Figma focused on balancing credibility with a modern automotive aesthetic. A fresh green palette, clean typography, and real inspection imagery elevated the brand while reinforcing trust. The layouts were built mobile-first with a clear hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and strong trust signals integrated throughout. Consistent CTAs guided users toward booking, shaping a design that was both user-friendly and conversion-focused.

Development

The Webflow build prioritised responsiveness, performance, and SEO stability. A structured CMS was created to manage location pages, testimonials, and inspection reports, giving the team full control over content. Redirects, metadata optimisation, and clean site architecture helped preserve their strong search visibility. Subtle interactions and a mobile-first approach resulted in a polished, reliable, and scalable website.

Conclusion

The final website positions CarInspect as a trusted national provider with a modern and credible digital presence. The new design strengthens their brand, improves user confidence, and supports seamless bookings across all devices. Since launch, the site has maintained strong SEO performance and delivered a smoother experience that contributes directly to customer trust and ongoing business growth.
