ArviStudios is a 3D visualisation studio specialising in high-end interior and exterior renders. They needed a one-page portfolio website that felt elegant, spacious, and entirely focused on showcasing their work. The challenge was to create an immersive experience with minimal text, refined interactions, and a structure that allowed their visuals to take centre stage—while ensuring the site remained easy for the client to manage in the future.
The aim was to design and build a site that conveyed sophistication through simplicity. Every detail—from transitions to menu behaviour—had to feel deliberate and premium, yet never distracting. This required a careful balance of aesthetics, performance, user experience, and subtle animation work to create a seamless, gallery-like environment.
Research & Discovery
Together with the client, we explored leading visualisation studios and identified what makes their digital experiences so effective: clarity, consistent image presentation, refined typography, and understated but precise motion cues. These insights guided how the content should flow, how filters would behave, and how animations could enhance the experience while maintaining a calm, spacious feel.
Design
The website was crafted as a single, immersive canvas. A neutral colour palette, generous spacing, and refined, modern typography created a calm setting where the visuals could speak for themselves. The layout prioritised consistency, with all images aligned to a unified width for a clean and orderly gallery. Filtering was designed to feel immediate and effortless, while the About and Contact sections appeared as simple, elegant overlays to maintain focus. Every design decision centred on elegance, restraint, and clarity.
Development
Development focused on precision and performance. The hero section includes a custom randomised load script, displaying a different featured visualisation each time the page is refreshed—an intentional touch that keeps the experience feeling fresh. A carefully structured CMS powers all project categories, enabling smooth filtering between “All”, “Commercial”, “Exterior”, and “Interior” without reloading the page.
A range of bespoke interactions were implemented to support the refined aesthetic:
- a custom logo-to-navigation transition on scroll
- subtle hover states and fade animations
- seamless overlay behaviour for the About and Contact sections
- automatic scroll-reset when changing categories for a tidy browsing experience
Performance was a key technical challenge due to the high-resolution imagery involved. Optimised WebP files, compression, and lazy loading ensured the site remained fast without compromising quality. The build was engineered to keep the front-end experience simple whilst handling complex functionality behind the scenes.

The final result is a sophisticated, minimalist one-page portfolio that elevates ArviStudios’ work through clarity, restraint, and thoughtful detail. The site feels effortless to use yet rich in subtle touches—from the dynamic hero loading to the smooth filtering and elegant overlay interactions. With a robust CMS and optimised performance, the website is both scalable and easy for the client to maintain. It successfully reflects the premium nature of ArviStudios’ visualisation work and delivers a polished, high-end digital experience for every visitor.
